ADMISSIONS! 

Admission is not required for coaches who check in. Each registered youth athlete receives one complimentary parent/guardian admission.

Coaches must check in at the Welcome Table prior to entering the competition area.

If you plan to coach your athletes during the event, please use the link below to register for your coaching pass. This will allow you to pick up your coach's wristband day-of at the event.

COACH PASS! 

Please note:

• Coaches must be Purple Belt rank or higher to register.
• One coach is permitted for every five registered athletes.

Weight In:

• 1 Hour Before Your Division Starts
• All athletes must wear shorts and rashguard/sports top for weigh ins
  •  Gi athletes are not required to wear Gi for weigh ins.

• If Athletes are participating in NoGi and Gi on the same day, they must weigh in for each division (so those athletes will have a 2nd weigh in that day)

Doors Open at 7:30am on Sunday; First Matches Begin at 8:30am

  • Peewee: 7 and Under 
  • Youth: 8–9 years
  • Youth: 10-11
  • Teen I: 12-13 
  • Teen II: 14–15 years 
  • Juvenile: 16–17 years
• Skill Levels: 
  • Gi: White, Gray, Yellow, Orange/Green Belts Only
  • No Gi: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert 
    • Beginner: 0-2 Years Experience, White Belt
    • Intermediate: 2-4 Years Experience, Grey and Yellow Belts (Recommended)
    • Advanced: 4+ Years Experience Orange and Green Belts (Recommended)

Adult Divisions: 18+

• Age Groups
  • Adult: 18+
  • Masters I: 30-39
  • Masters II: 40-49
  • Masters III: 50+
• Skill Levels
  • Gi: White, Blue, Purple, Brown, Black Belts
  • No Gi: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert
